Email problems

Hi all. Hope your having a good weekend. We are still having problems receiving emails if your replying to us. This is causing people to miss out on adopting a dog from us. If you've received an email from us being successful then please don't reply to the email but sent a new email without the attachment. Hopefully we will start getting emails through. Thank you
